(AP) - In this Feb. 4, 2010 photograph taken in Tupelo, Miss., Itawamba Community College student Terry McShan, a 46-year-old father of a grown daughter and a 4-year-old girl recalled how thrilled he was when Toyota announced plans in 2007 to build a plant in Blue Springs, a one-store town between Tupelo and New Albany. McShan enrolled in the junior college's automotive program in hopes of landing a job at the plant.
