Just kidding. Would be nice though.

Many of my posts are not making it here. Anyone else having this problem?
ONLY the one's that have political statements disappear.

No, no problems at all. Are your posts showing up in Google?

It is almost impossible for somone else to cancel your posts. If fact, it is
very difficult for you to cancel your OWN posts.

Do you have any filters installed? Perhaps you are filtering your own posts!
I have some political filters in place. For example, any post with "Obama" or
"McCain" in the title line go straight to the bit-basket. Before this election
cycle is over, I am sure to have more.

The sad thing is that if we're to actually have a chance to solve our
energy problems we pretty much need to do what both sides want to do,
since one side wants to deal with what we need now and ignores the
future, and the other side wants to do what might be viable in the
future and ignores the current needs... The end result of course is that
nothing gets done.

Hmmm... I've never *made* any filters. I'm using MSIE 6.0 or something. I
didn't even know it had filters.

I'll try reading the posts with Google or something and see if they show up.
I was thinking this group may be moderated but since my posts didn't show up
I couldn't ask the question and if it is then the responses won't show up
either if someone is shooting them down.

Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1409 to be exact.

It has very basic filtering capabilities, but actual
filters don't exist until or unless you create them.

If it were moderated, it would have to be named
alt.energy.homepower.moderated.
