Problems with Sunforce Panels????

I bought ten of them two to three years ago and five of them have had the plastic ends pull off. There are the tiniest screws holding the plastic to the glass. These things are like what you'd find in a watch. Then they hit the ground. These were the 15 watt units with the black plastic trim. Sunforce isn't admitting anything, but they have now changed the design to a much sturdier set up. I'm stuck with five panels, which they will NOT be replacing despite a five year warranty. Who would have been liable if these things would have killed someone? It came as no surprise that the panels are made in communist China by slave labour. Any lawyers in the audience?
