No energy consumption specs that I could find easily. Sent off an
email, and got the following response (I kid you not):

Worst case scenario, if door is left open all year long and compressor

Between the brain-dead ghio-ish number, the fact that all their
readily available literature doesn't state the consumption, and the
sky-high price, it's hard to figure out what might be "smart" about
the model. :-)
Found this one with "smart" in the description
http://www.ajmadison.com/cgi-bin/ajmadison/E522B.html, but it can't be
what you're talking about either because it uses 40% *more* energy per
cu.ft. than our 11 year old model.
Oh well, here's hoping there really have been some breakthroughs, that
somebody will post a link, and that Jon doesn't decide to hang out his
"power consultant" shingle. :-)
