Two thoughts:
1) I would be interested in why the emissions are so much more for the turbine
as compared to simple flaring.
2) Nobody seemed to take into account that these emissions will offset some
that would have been generated from other power plants, so the actual net
emissions will be much less (perhaps even a net savings).
