Seems like that kind of cheap shot qualifies you as an "alligator".

As if *another* 20 years isn't a big enough cop-out already, now you
want the extra crutch of a weak definition. Aren't you one who
believes that PV should "pay"? Then why not use the same standard
here, and include the words "commercially viable"? Other than the fact
that you know it can't happen of course.

I don't see you putting up anything but words, and I don't even see
your challenge at http://www.longbets.org/predictions, nor do I expect
to. I'm thinking that you're hoping to keep it to a smaller audience
here.

Like the airline used to say, I'm ready when you are? If I put up a prediction,
are
you going to call me on it and put up your $200?

As I already said, I'd like to put up several times that, to be held
by anyone we both trust. But only if you'll shorten up the time to
something reasonable. I'm not interested in the bragging rights
generally, and especially 20 years from now when you'll likely be 6
feet under. Instead I want you to have to pay *me* ASAP. That's how
bets usually work. Since you obviously don't have that level of
confidence in your opinion, then you should at least explain why you
believe it could still be a couple of decades before the first one of
these things comes on line, even though the article you provided to
backup your position says that marketing will begin in months. You
should also answer the question I put to you earlier - were you one of
those who believed that new nukes and Yucca were done-deals when GW
arrived in 2000?
