Good morning fellow Humans!

I was just wondering if anyone else has ever had the sneaking
suspicion that the way things are isn't the way things are supposed to
be. Do you think we are supposed to live this way, or feel the way we
feel? Do you think that the way things happens is the result of
divine intervention or the result of physics, human choice (and error)
and perhaps the fulfillment of a story that was written into our
culture long ago?

Did you ever consider for a moment that perhaps the problem, the real
motivation to drink, or be religious in the first place - isn't your
fault so much as it is a deep, lonely feeling caused because none of
this is the way things are supposed to be? I think that our world,
our history, is the way it is because someone decided it should be
that way. Not just one someone, and not just one culture or society -
but along the way, so many decisions were made that took us away from
what makes humans truly happy that we don't even know how to find our
way back to that place anymore.

I'm not convinced yed - From what I know though, I feel that religion
isn't the answer for me (but it seems to be for many) and I'd love to
discuss (off group) with other people who feel them might have a
solution to this particular problem - or thoughts to that effect. Is
this really all there is? If that's true - should we be happier than
we are right now? If dogs and chickens and dolphins get to be happy
being what they are - why aren't we?

Some people drink, or coke up - others beat their children or suffer
in quiet desperation or put a bullet in their brainpan or go to church
to atone for their guilty sins... but all of them think that
ultimately it is a problem of their own... but what if it isn't - what
if the world is the one that's wrong, and your urge to find release
from it is just your psyche trying to tell you that?

Don't want to bring controversy, or misdirect anyone from their true
path - but I thought I would interject that thought, and invite anyone
who might like to discuss this idea more to contact me directly (but
don't email the whole group, I hate when that happens too!).

Namaste,

Dominic

It certinally appears theres a connection between what is NOW and
whats going to occur, precognition, and oth myself and a old girl
friend experienced it.

Genetics play a large part, I am so much like my dad who I didnt know
till near 30 years old:( Same sense of humor etc, just like my dad.
Identical twins seperated at birth end up looking and acting the same
having grown up with different familys and no contact for a large part
of their life.......

Its a interesting subject when I dioe I HOPE to get some answers about
stuff like this!

Although sometimes I wonder if we live in hell and are working to get
out of here in perhaps our next life!
