Just what is your problem? The post was a simple announcement of a group
whose focus would also appeal to
people interested in renewable energy and conservation

Actually it was a simple announcement of a group whose focus is
misinformation and censorship, moderated by an ego driven tin god who
falls apart when someone points out that he is wrong.

The fact is; the Internet and Newsgroups are the ultimate
"Buyer Beware" environment. Getting a "Heads-Up" or
"Don't fall for this" post can be a service to the whole
community. Of Course, it should be "taken with a grain
of salt", as well.

Luck;
Ken

Absolutely. If you've frequented these groups for a while, you'll
undoubtedly notice some personalities that post regularly. You may chose
one side or the other, or both or neigher.

When all else fails, read all, engage brain, and decide for yourself.

If that's the case let people decide for themselves. Such groups don't
last long....
