I could not find the warning in the manual. I am sure the door was
completely closed but with the warning message on the screen and the warning
sounding off, I did not notice a door open symbol. At the time, it seemed
more serious because I did notice the gas mileage had dropped. The screen
indicated the battery was half charged.
