I once bought a giant DEC server computer. It needed 3 phase 220v. After I
could not find a place to get the power I needed I sold it in parts.
Shortly after I found some places on the net that has plans to get 3 phase
equipment to work on single phase. Wish I had looked for something like that
before I sold it.
Try that.

Probably a mistake as it likely did not actually use three phase power
anywhere. As an example the VAX 7xxx series boxes take a three phase
power input, but each phase powers an individual DC power supply. You
could very easily power all three "phases" from a single phase supply
(higher amps of course).

More details so we aren't guessing?
It is 208V in North America for three phase. IF the heaters are made
specifically for 208V, it might run a bit hot at 240V affecting heater life.
Many stoves and heaters are made for 240V and run a bit cooler at 208V. If
there aren't any motors involved and you have a simple heater, (heat press?)
then you might still be able to run it on single phase by rewiring the three
heaters to three seperate single phase circuits. Consult an electrician.
