Skipping the spam issues, a reminder to others that an
urban area is likely to have a zoning code, and it will likely
forbid accessary structures in the required front yard. That
applies to the wooden outbuildings, etc. But you need to
realize that it can also apply to a freestanding solar panel,
satellite dish, or wind power generator.

I usually posted topics in the sustainable energy group.
I thought this room might be interested in the economics
of the recession and how it applies to living off the grid.
I usually don't respond to criticisms in Usenet, but
I guess I over estimated the intelligence of people in here
and their concern with others well being. No offense meant.
I guess some of you are more interested, in general, in
textbook equations than speculations about the economy
and how other people are doing. Probably a lot of employed
engineers with a lot of money and time on your hands.
