Just one person, but that will cure itself when you leave.

I for one am, speculations = "your opinion" and I rather stick with
something of useful value.

I hope you don't think this response rouse constitutes a spam fig

When it goes quack, quack; No offense meant, with equal sincerity.

I suggest you ask that fancy pants software of yours to brainstorm why
posting off-topic with a header question intended sell software linked
to by the sig, IS SPAM.

While there is a law on the books now in my jurisdiction
that allows solar panel regardless of zoning code or
community covenant, there is no such provision for wind
power generator towers. Satellite dishes are very small
(not like in the early days)  so even with rule forbidding
them in some HOA convenants - such restrictions are
not often not enforced.  Recently, there was a bill being
considered to allow the hanging of clothes lines in my
jurisdiction ( many HOA convenants have laws preventing
the temporary/permanent hanging of clothes lines)

A mini hydrogen gas generator, a biodiesel plant, or an
ethanol plant would  probably takes several building
permits and an inspection too...
