Corn/pellet fired Hot Water Boiler

 

Anyone know were to find plans to build a corn burning hot water boiler?

Did you DAGS? On "corn pellet boiler" I got > 19K hits. Should get you
started on investigating what's involved.

Problem is "plans to build" since some of the typical components are
specially made for the purpose, ... and the controllers/drives are
typically quite sophisticated. The latter is purportedly the reason for
the prices.

For safety, you'd mostlikely fare best with a unit that's carefully
engineered, tested, and built by an experienced company. If you're
lucky enough to find one available for this winter. (Rashly assuming
you're in Indiana.)
