I have a radio that needs between 24 to 30 volts. If I hook 2 12 volt deep
cycle in series I get 35 to 37 volts. How can I control the voltage?

Thanks

PXP,

Do you want to build your own Voltage Regulator circuit?

If so, how much current (Amps) does your radio draw?

 Would prefer to buy one.
Unit needs 15 amps.

Thanks

This is a normal open circuit voltage. Connect a load and measure again.

Put unit under load and get same voltage. Not sure if it blew the rig. But
it still fires up.

Thanks
