Has anyone seen details of the energy bill as related to home energy
efficiency? I have seen vague references to solar, wind, etc., but nothing
specific.
We are considering construction of a new home with passive and solar design
considerations and wonderd if there will be any future tax benefit. We
retrofitted a home during the early 80's and got a double return. The state
and fed helped with about 1/2 of the construction cost. We also saved about
40% on the winter heading consumption thereafter.
