These laws are so basic and simple they will never be disproven, only
understood more fully.
When a law is as simple as "black" means "black" it will never be disproven.
Things (including energy) don't come from nothing like in magic, and they
never will.

Not at all, go ahead and try to make a grand discovery like every
ambitious science grad student. They HAVE to push the boundaries of
knowledge to get an advanced degree. Then they have to credibly prove
and defend their results, which is where you fail so miserably.
Keep practicing your sales pitch, though. Some day you might qualify
