Two hundred years ago, Swiss engineer François Isaac de Rivaz invented
an internal combustion engine that used a mixture of hydrogen and
oxygen as fuel.

There'sa lot of BS about hydrogen. Very dangerous stuff. It still
needs electricity to produce it. There are NO short cuts. No
bailouts. Energy has to come from somewhere. (Probably nuclear).
If his engine was any good we'd be using them now. Very difficult to
make a useable IC engine that runs on hydrogen.
