This project strikes me as somewhere between juggling chainsaws and
running a meth lab, and even beyond the serious safety and legal
issues if you don't have the engineering ability to understand what
you are doing I'm not about to risk further involvement.

Juggling chainsaws are no big deal. There is a meth lab at every corner
these days...

As an independent contract troubleshooter I see a lot of jobs the
employees couldn't or wouldn't do. Sometimes I take them, but don't
put my name on certain documents. After looking at your circuit I've
added it to the list of projects I don't want to testify about in
court.
