I bought it in Montgomery Wards in 1981.

Home Depot has a "Rinse Ace Power Sprayer" shower hose for $14.99 that
looks good from reading the package.

Good for you that you live in an area that allows you to get by without any
central heating. However, that doesn't apply to everyone. Where I live, I
need some sort of heating to prevent everything from freezing hard, central
or otherwise. Solar power is no good when you can have 6 weeks straight of
dark gray days with heavy cloud cover. I have more insulation than the
current standard recommendations, and always have. I have always been green,
to use the current catch-phrase. My 25 year old furnace runs at 95%
efficiency, now I am looking to change my water heater to a 95% model. Some
of us do what we can with what we have and with where we live.

You've made me curious - where do you experience such oppressive weather?

Southern Ontario Canada --- classic November weather is heavily overcast,
also it occurs for periods throughout winter caused by lake-effect
clouds/rain/snow from the great lakes.
