I am looking for a military generator that can operate on any kind of
fuel, like bio diesel or gasoline, any ideas would be appreciated.

I can only think of one engine that's going to run on nearly anything,
and that's a turbine.  You'll be hard-pressed to find one in homeowner
size, though - that kind of hardware is usually for a pretty big load
to be worth the maintenance and price of admission.
I remember reading something about someone running a small engine like
a Briggs on a mix of gas and bio, maybe that would appeal?
A big, heavy slow diesel like a Lister type will run on damn near
anything but gas, even WVO if you can preheat it.

I know some of the old "deuce and a half" military trucks would run on
anything from perfume to deisel..might find a surplus one cheap and use the
engine to turn a pto style genset.

That is true...I seen Harbour freight tools and a 10k gen head for ~$259
