Looking to for partners for distribution, service and maintenance,
visit us at the Hanover Fair this April

We are looking forward to the Hanover Fair to create awareness in the
market for our Gencore fuel cell product. Furthermore, we would like to
discuss specific requirements for distribution, installation and
maintenance for our fuel cell systems in Europe.

Presently, critical remote wireline and wireless equipment is supported
through a power interruption by Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA)
batteries. Though offering a low initial cost, VRLA systems can be
unpredictable, hazardous, and expensive to maintain. Plug Power
GenCoreTM systems are NOW COMMERCIAL and offer an alternative solution,
providing high reliability, lower life-cycle cost, and efficient

We are looking to strengthen our presence in Europe and develop
partnerships with distributors and parties who can provide:

Types of companies we are interested in forming relationships with

Telecom service providers
Telecom equipment distributors
Telecom OEM manufacturers
Wireless telecoms equipment providers
Target end customers include:

Hutchison 3G
British Telecom
One to one
Deutsche Telecom (T-Mobile)
Please contact Plug Power either by emailing us here or visit us at the
Hanover Fair Stand No. (xxx), 24th April 2006.
