   Is there anyone making a low-ouput windmill? I am thinking in the range of
ten to one hundred watts max, something with a small rotor (or better yet, a
savinous(sp?) or eggbeater rotor).  Am looking for something discrete for my
patio...

what you're after.  (not affiliated with them, satisfied customer, etc.)
