Trying to find a mfg. of rare earth elements for producing electricity

This place is a supplier for magnets specifically for making wind
generators:

They also have some other stuff you might want/need.
I don't know if Jay Leno shops there. You might want to ask him where he
gets his.

I found the forcefiedmagnets from another forum. Jay Leno magnet look
like a few thousands dollars. I'm not sure how practical the rare
elements are in very remote area. Still early in the education
department when it comes to wind.
