Man
What a strange summer. My hydro system is running about 1/3 of the time
now that we're into july. Much longer than I had anticipated.
So each pay check I've been buying at least one solar panel of some kind
-- depending on the price and such thinking yeah.. sun in the summer,
water in the winter. I'm golden!!
hell no!!
Cloud and fog for days on end. Each morning it looks like it might rain
-- and I think cool. Rain is good, or sun is good. this half assed
inbetween weather SUCKS!!
Maker yer damn mind up mother nature!!
So i'm thinking some kind of ray gun I can evaporate the clouds with .. I
know it probably needs its own nuclear reactor to run, but i've got a
handle on a used russian sub which has a power plant. Which I guess
would cover my energy problems until I melted her down. The freaking
manuals are in russian so its kind of iffy.
or my friend flies an ultra-lite. Maybe he could seed the clouds before
they get here so they drop rain .. or something.
damn it. My brilliant plan doesn't cover cloudy with no rain.

Youse can do whats I did, hire an Indian rain dancer. It hadn't rained
here for a couple of months. This gal showed up and there wasn't a
cloud in the sky, and well, see for yourself,
