Depending on theengine speed you need, one of the Redstonediesels
(Chinese equivalent of the Blackstone) might work.

I've never seen a Redstone in person, but the people who have used one
seem pleased with it. If local power were not so reliable (out maybe
3 hours total in 4+ years), I would consider a Redstone as the prime
mover.
