No, I have no specific experience with that product, but I think what they
are suggesting is utter nonsense. Unless you are generating your own power,
there is no way that a bum power factor is costing you anything like 10% to 25%
that they suggest. Your meter charges you only for true power. With some minor
exceptions, (which we can discuss if you wish) power factor is mostly a problem
for your power utility to worry about.

And large factories etc esp using lots of motors.
The company in question should be prosecuted for fraud.

Yea, I know. It's mostly transmission line heating that is the result.
