It has to pass the Lords (the upper house like the US Senate) yet. If they
have any sense (as they often do) they'll reject it. Of course all this
happened as snow fell on the roof of Parliament for the furst time this
early in the year since 1922 !
Wait til the public hear how much it'll cost too !
BTW, Italy's threatening to pull out of CO2 reduction schemes due to the
resulting economic destruction.

Then when they discover AGW is a con trick ........ I hope Greenpeace's and
FoE's offices get burnt to the ground.
