I seem to remember some Canadians riding snow motorcycles renamed
snowmobiles.
In a heck of lot places cars won't even go.......with electric handgrips and
suit things are pretty toastie.
Also by the same logic some folks don't always prefer roofs ...that's why
they made converibles and sunroofs on cars.
Some like my CJ5 didn't either have a top or my sand rail a body for that
matter.

You mean like China with no emission devices on thier coal plants.
So, when are we going to go over there and kick their ass...for the sake of
the planet?

Don't be ridiculous. Snowmobiles do not make a remotely adequate
replacement for a car.

Actually, they can _only_ go places where cars won't go. Besides it
generally being illegal to drive them on roads, they don't handle well on
roads. About as well as a Harley on a snowy road, come to think of it.

They made convertibles and sunroofs for summer driving.
