I've taken a quick look through your site - it does look a bit "budget" and
the advertisments are very annoying and must impact6 on the credibility of
your organisation.
I suggest that you pay for the next version of the webpage to be hosted free
of adverts etc, and develop a company profile that can be downloaded as a
pdf. A good website need not cost a lot to get up and running. I recommend
the visual quickstart guide "HTML for the World Wide Web" from Peachpit
Press as a good reference for someone new to setting up websites.
