They're very inefficient. That's why no-one makes them. Just get an
ordinary one.

The HAWT type require too much maintentance in my experience thats why I
am looking at the VAWT system as my backyard is tiny (500sq ft) and wind
direction varys a lot for a HAWT.
I am also looking at constructing my own system with perm magnets and a
3 phase system.
