Sunforce won't replace faulty panels...

I still have no satisfaction from Sunforce. Five of their 15 watt panels
came off their mountings due to a faulty frame construction. The plastic
frame had the end pieces held on by tiny, tiny screws and they pulled
off the glass. Only an idiot would bolt a frame to GLASS.

I'm lucky they didn't hit anybody as they came down.

They KNOW it was a faulty design, as they changed it to a new, one piece
design. That doesn't help me.

I paid 150 dollars (Canadian) for each of these panels at Canadian Tire.

They won't exchange them until Sunforce tells them it's OK.

Sunforce isn't cooperating.

Are they that afraid of the communist Chinese who produced this garbage
for them? How bad do things have to get before established electrical
Standards actually have meaning?

I'm out of 750 dollars and the garbage keeps getting sold to other
unwary customers. Canadian Tire should be ashamed.

Any lawyers feel a class action suite coming on?

Just drive over the border to the nearest Harbor Freight where you can
get a 3 x 15W panel kit for about $80

Sounds pretty expensive in comparison to some of the panels I've seen recently.
