maintenance.
An amortization before about 20 years? No.
And what will be in 20 years? Who knows?

For the costs of his installation, I'm able to obtain electricity for the next
20 years from our electric company also.
And this is much safer and without blackouts.

 If he is co-generating then he generates nothing when the grid is down.
