At first to the immature looker, it would appear to be a perpetual motion
machine but you bring a new light to it.
A real hybrid.
Patents do not mean anything in the US. The average research time is 4-5
hours total to register and investigate it. You swear to expose all prior
art and do the research. Anybody's money is good.

batteries from wind while it's parked - which is typically most of the
time.
