Mine as well. We see that it spins faster in one test (tip speed
readings), and we see some other test but nothing that tells us the true
*power* output.
Frankly, we've all seen 'tests' that show high speed with no load, or
short circuit current (with no appreciable voltage). The naive think
this 'proves' more power output but "tain't necessarily so..."

They could also specify it for a wind speed well outside the design
range of the standard unit.
