Hi,
Does anyone have any experience with these, or know where I can find
some?
We have a Wamsler 1100, and since its installation it's been producing
a puddle of tarry water every other day or so. Here's a picture:

Thanks for any help,

Creosote?
http://squamish.ca/residents/protective-services/fire-rescue/fire-safety/wood-burning-stoves
"To inhibit the build up of creosote, adjust the air intake control to
a medium-high or high setting for no more than 10 minutes a day.
Do not attempt to burn out heavy creosote accumulations in this manner.
This must be removed from the chimney by scraping or brushing to reduce
the risk of a chimney fire."
