Just met with a repair shop tech and he does alot of repairs to the
Coleman sets and said they aren't what he would get as under load,they
wear bearings quickly.but he likes the Generac units...

engine bearings or generator bearings?

I've had mine since Hurricane Floyd in 1999. It gets used a few times every
year for a couple of hours at a time. It gets run monthly for 15 - 20
minutes. So far nothing for me to complain about. I wouldn't depend on it
for months at a time but it does what I need it to do.

generator side bearings, he works in a big repair depot that does
everything electric.they like the Generac that home depot sells..they
only saw one that had a minor snag...
