I really doubt if I have ever made 25 posts in a single day, so it is really
a non-issue to me. My Usenet participation is just a small part of my life, not
life itself.

When thousands more do the same you will.
Thanks for helping to KILL it.

I am going to show my lack of tech savvy here.
A couple questions:
Haven't many ISPs already dropped access to Usenet? What is the
difference here? Are we talking about losing someone to host and
archive?
If this group (and others in the alt. heierarchy) move, how will those
of us who access through Google, for example, know where to go?
I recently subscribed to this group, and I would like to continue to
access it and others in Usenet.
