does anyone know where i can get an inverter that does not have one of
those nasty screeching high pitched alarms when the voltage approaches
the minimum operating voltage.
I am looking for an inverter of 1500 watts that just cuts out when the
battery voltage is too low.

A knowledgeable tech can disable the screech in about 5 minutes.
How much is that worth to you?:

How about just snipping one of the wires (or PCB trace) to the screecher
gizmo?
I'd suggest disconnecting everything from it first. :)

I know where there is one. In my motorhome. That's because I took
the cover off, grasped the screecher with a pair of pliers and gave it
a quick twist. Viola! No more screeching.
I've never seen one from the factory without the screecher built in.
