making grid connection

 I'm student of electrical studies wondering if anyone knew about
making grid connection from PV generator to the public grid utility
(20 kV). It is include safety, design of interconectin system ( any
breaker, relay, protection, grounding, monitoring and
instrumentation ) and about PV system issue,  technical consideration
and requirement...or may anybody knew about free ebook discussing
