reminded me of the recent "ice house" thread, and about reading that large
office buildings in manhattan are freezing huge containers of ice at night
and using it to cool the building during the day. not endorsing this
product, just it's funny/odd/unusual. coming around full circle (recent
posts about the origin of the "ton" measurement, etc.)
