I briefly had a job reading electricity meters, and I came across
many houses with solar electricity. I took note of what the solar
power control box was showing.
In middle of a sunny day: 1200 W, when it was cloudy down to 600-700 W.
Two hours after sunrise: only 300 W.
Most of these houses had the same amount of panels, except for one
belonging to a rich comedian. He was getting 3600 W with shitloads
P.S. I live in a sunny place 32 degrees from equator....

A recommendation of what NOT to do seems pretty hollow without
including an option to compare it to.
What are comparing PV panels to, the grid or candles and warm

Have you ever briefly had a job creating coal? Because that's a bit of
a bother, too, by all the accounts I have read.

My personal UDP list: 127.0.0.1, localhost, googlegroups.com, astraweb.com,
and probably your server, too.
