It's MSRP, which is about as good as you can get.

Thanks. That's what I'm finding out. I don't mind paying the MSRP but I
refuse to pay a surcharge.

MSRP is not the best price. If you shop around, getting up to $000 off
sticker is possible. If you want to deal with a particular dealer, see
if they will negotiate the extended warranty or even throw it in for
free if they don't want to budge on price. I paid less than MSRP for one
2004 package #9 and MSRP for another 2004 package #9 at the height of
the Prius shortage so I am speaking from experience. The best way to
shop for any car is to ask the dealer what the minimum profit they need
to make. Have the dealer pricing in hand and offer that price + the
minimum markup. Knowledge is power!!! and can also save you a buck or two.

Bill, you're right. I found that out last night. Only the $000 came in
the form of what they were willing to give me for my trade. When I left the
dealer last night, they were only willing to give me $7.5K for my 2003
Maxima. They called this morning and accepted by deal of $8.5. When I
pick it up today, I'm gonna make them throw in racing stripes.
