Well La Dee Dah, 'Elmo.' The funny thing is I have the tools and
skills to measure braking distance.
About a year and a half ago, we started hearing reports at PriusChat
of an intermittent braking problem with the ZVW30 Prius. We conducted
a survey and found ~50% had not experience it (including me); ~30% had
but didn't consider it serious and; ~20% considered it serious.
So in parallel, I started collecting reports and document the
conditions:

http://hiwaay.net/~bzwilson/prius/Prius_bump_020.jpg
http://hiwaay.net/~bzwilson/prius/Prius_bump_030.jpg
http://hiwaay.net/~bzwilson/prius/Prius_bump_040.jpg
http://hiwaay.net/~bzwilson/prius/Prius_bump_050.jpg
http://hiwaay.net/~bzwilson/prius/Prius_bump_060.jpg
http://hiwaay.net/~bzwilson/prius/Prius_bump_070.jpg
. . .
http://hiwaay.net/~bzwilson/prius/Prius_bump_220.jpg
With this we were able to identify patterns: a significant bump, slow
speed, modest braking, and slippery conditions. Still, I could no
reproduce it so I decided to buy some accelerometers to see what is
going on.
So sitting on the table within arms reach is one of my two recording
accelerormeter:

Made by Gulf Coast Data Concepts, it is a terrific tool and I bought
two of them. One has a LiON battery and the other uses a AA battery
that I loaned to others reporting the braking problem. With this tool
and the collected reports, I was eventually able to replicate the
brake pause and quantify the effect:

About the same time, Toyota announced a brake recall, SSC-A0B, that
changed the software in the brake controller. So I went back and
verified the pause was gone at two different locations:

Measuring brake problems takes instrumentation and skills and Toyota's
fix worked perfectly. As for my tires, the ABS works just fine. Still,
an idiot's "question" can be useful in this case by introducing and
reviewing how braking performance is measured.

ps No, 'Elmo' is not my sock puppet ... just another especially
unskilled tool. You are so much my bitch.

The question was, where are your data concerning braking distance?
The data beyond "it brakes just fine"?
The funny thing is, you have refused to acknowledge that "it brakes just
fine" isn't actual data, instead insisting that "it brakes just fine" is
actual data.
Apparently, that's what you mean by "you have the tools and skills to
measure braking distance".
"It brakes just fine." <snort> Mr. Factual strikes again.

Good morning,
Let's see, an Answer for you?
Now I'm ready to give it to you though I don't think that you're going
to like it. You're really not going to like it. The Answer to the
Great Question is:

Bob Wilson
ps. You are so my bitch.

Oh--you have decided that data are unimportant.

You keep thinking that, Bob. You keep right on thinking that.
Meanwhile, we'll all get together on public record that you don't think
actual data are required, that "it works fine" suffices for your
declarations to the world.

I have to write, Elmo, that Bob has been leading you by the nose for at
least a month now. Isn't it enough that you make a fool of yourself, much
let others make a fool of you?
