Not currently, unless you have a plug-in retrofitted Prius done

However, Toyota currently has several plug-in Prius in testing, with a
planned availability for the 2010 model year (fleet sales starting in
late 2009). The plug-in legislation mentioned in this thread would
probably cover the upcoming plug-in Prius hybrid from Toyota.
