On the new one, yes.
So let me amend that for the 2010 models that have the optional solar
roof thingy: all energy used to motivate the Prius comes from gasoline.
No other form of energy is put into the system for that purpose.

I shouldn't be too hasty about this if I were you. As I understand it the
solar roof thingy does nothing but run an air circulation fan to help a
little bit in reducing cabin temperature when the sun shines and the car's
parked. I don't think any of this energy is used to charge any battery, so
it cannot be used to motivate, but I stand to be corrected.
