I'm looking for a charger for a low-power beacon I'm building, and
I'll need something on the order of 4 volts (charge at up to 5.2
volts) and a peak current of something like 10-20 milliamps.  Does
such a thing exist, or am I going to have to buy cells and assemble my
own?

What's the smallest panel I can buy that's already assembled?  6V/1W
with a charge regulator?

Thanks!
