Can I add a 75w panel to a 55w and get 130w?

I currently have a 55 watt panel on my RV that has worked great for years.
I would like to add more power and found a good deal on a good used 75 watt
panel.  Can I add the 75 watt panel in parallel with my exixting panel to
get more output or, electrically speaking, would this be a bad idea?

Thanks,

That's a fine idea, though you may not get 130 watts due to maximum
power point inequalities, you'll still get more than twice as much as
you were getting before.  Nothing will be damaged.

I believe you will want to put isolation diodes on the output of each
unit to protect them.

Why would you do that ? , for protection ? , which would be over current ,
the manufactures suggest a series fuse

Connecting similar voltage panels in parallel is proper design practice.

Using series diodes is a waste of power ( current time voltage drop of
diode)

As I understqand, the reason for the diodes is, for example, if one
panel is in shade and the other is illuminated, as when the shadow of
trees moves across the surface.
