With two Chemical Engineering Degrees... would have been hard for me to
have Peak, Part Peak, Off Peak data without wanting to organize and
graph it all.
Our Time Of Use meter went in last week, and I've been regularly
(compulsively) reading it to figure out what we're generating and
using.. then systematically turning things off or migrating software
from power-hungry-heat-generating iMacs to friendler G4 towers with
shared monitors.
Here's a "quick and dirty" spreadsheet I created.
I graph usage for each Time Of Use, has a worksheet for entering the
data, and some nifty graphs (I figured out how to do 7 period
averaging, though for now it's 7 readings rather than 7 days).
What's been particularly interesting is watching the slope of the 7
Period total usage curve decrease.. and hopefully turn negative.
