Has anyone had any experience with this Enecsys company? I've been
trying to get some basic information from this company for months and
i am getting the run around people not answering emails and not
returning calls. Nobody seems to want to answer my questions it is
very frustrating to get some simple information from this company .
I've emailed Peter Bruhns head of North America market several times
and got no reply until 3 days ago when he asked for my phone number
and has not called me. I don't understand this company either they
want to sell inverters or not. I was at their booth during the solar
international convention in October 2010 and it seemed they were ready
to place my order and then i just got ignored. I was later told they
were waiting for UL certification and were looking for distributors
for orders under 500 units. Recently the company's press release said
they received it for their 240watt model, I need their 280watt
inverters to work with my Suntech 280 modules I've invested quite a
bit a money in this and i'm worried the US government rebates will end
soon.
I'm getting tired sitting in limbo here being ignored.

I would not want to deal with a company that provides this sort of support, no
matter how good their product looks on paper or at a convention.

This should raise a giant red flag as to how you will be treated if
(when) you have problems with their product.
