Dear group,
I have come across an older Steca charge controller, please see
http://www.jpberlin.de/g.wegner/pv/steca_solarix.JPG for a photo.
The Solarix charge controller described in the manual availabe for download
on Steca's internet page does have only two LEDs. Therefore, I have two
questions:
*Does anyone have a manual that applies to the charge controller shown?
*What does it signify that all three LEDs (symbols: module[yellow], battery
full[green], battery empty[red]) are active?
Thanks in advance,
Gunnar

Gunnar:
Yellow, green, red. My guess is yellow is go for the solar panels,
green is go for the batteries, and red is go for the load. For a check
why not disconnect solar, battery, and load and see if the leds turn
off.
Bob.
